Separate Workshops for Men and Women

Do you feel like a slave to your thoughts? Would you like to master your thoughts and subsequently your life? Thought is energy that creates reality and thoughts are generated from our beliefs.  In these workshops, we learn how to deconstruct and update beliefs that no longer serve us. This is done via contemplation and meditation to understand the belief, tracing the belief back to where it originated in our past experience, releasing underlying emotions related to the belief, and then changing the belief to another that serves us better. Once this process is complete, thoughts will change to reflect the new belief.

Techniques learned in this workshop will enable you to become the master of your mental processes, to fully focus your attention and energy on your desires, and turn your dreams into reality. To enhance privacy and to encourage open sharing we offer two workshops one for men only and one for women only.

Covers:

  • Socialisation: how we learn to be us
  • Thought: what is thinking and how to control it
  • Emotion: how emotions develop from thought
  • Subconscious Thought Reprogramming: change your beliefs to become the man you want to be
  • Body & Spirit: how to trust our body and connect with spirit

Reiki Level 1 Training

Immerse yourself into the wonderful world of Reiki – feel the power of this ancient healing art. 

The term “reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” which means vital life force energy that flows through all  things.

Understand the history, explore your energy centres, known as chakras and get familiar with two Reiki symbols. 

Be guided in a beautiful Reiki/chakra meditation.

Intro to Clairvoyance, Pendulum & Meet your Spirit Guide

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?

Mindfulness is the awareness that emerges through paying attention to purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally to the things as they are.

Mindfulness isn’t difficult, we just need to remember to do it. Mindfulness practice isn’t about trying to throw away ourselves and become something better. It’s about befriending who we are already.

In this 7 week course you will learn about the 7 Pillars of Mindfulness:

  • You will learn to:

  • Train your mind to focus on current activities
  • Engage in and feel what you are doing. Enjoy the process

  • Listen attentively to the conversation of others, music, even silence
  • Savour your food and drink taste each morsel
  • This teachers you to:
